Airlines company step back on operating flight service
Airlines operator association of Nepal has step backward on governments decision to operate domestic flight service with government protocol.
KATHMANDU : Despite government's decision to resume domestic flights from Wednesday, Airlines Operation Association of Nepal have said on their press release that they won't be able to resume their flights as per government's decision. The government has permitted the airlines companies to make regular flights with 50% passenger, however the association has written a letter to Ministry of Culture, Tourism and civil aviation stating that they can't operate flights carrying 50% passenger. They have written that they have to double the airfare to carry 50% passenger and the passengers cannot afford the airfare.
They have requested to the government to make special arrangements so that they can carry full passangers as Airline business has faced a serious disaster this year due to Covid-19.
